A 70 something man looks back on his life.
As I sit alone in my old home
A tear comes to my eyes
And my hearts snaps and falls before me
As I finally realize
I've lived a life of boredom
Behind an office table
I realize as my life creeps past
It's not the stuff of fable
But then again......

I found a lady, my true love
For that I thank the stars above
I have 3 children
Who love their father dearly
It's hard to believe
They are all 30 nearly

And now as I sit there
Old and proud and tall
I think that maybe love and friendship
Made life worth living after all.
