A sad tragic confession of a heartless man.
I looked in the mirror,
And what did I see?
Empty face of a man,
Stare right back at me.

Where a boy had once lived,
A hermit now stood.
What was once full of love,
Now no longer could.

Is it things I have seen,
Or wrongs not made right?
Did I break someone's heart;
Forsaken the light?

...Guess it all has some truth;
Mistakes I have made.
Not proud of my actions,
I wish they would fade.

I am leaving the room,
No more can I see.
The man that is heartless,
The man that is me.
