Dreamy, slightly sad poem about not having anyone to love.
Folded wings of paper and lace
Glide along with little grace
Butterfly dreams, soft like a child
Guide me in twilight, pale and mild

Such a peaceful dance of sweet delusion
Arms outstretched for your illusion
All to be found is cold night air
Pierced by an unforgiving stare

Simply, softly I fall from grace
Not saved by wings of paper and lace
Quickly lightly, no sound here
Shrouded sky fades as ground grows near

Dear heart please prepare to shatter
Yet yield no sign, no tell tale clatter
I pray you love, break my fall
This is my silent, final call
