Depression is what fed my hunger for writing when I was a teenager.
As I sit here
My life goes by
so much love
so little time

Hardship and pain
In my heart

Thoughts of love
feelings of hatred

Death comes as a solution
but quickly becomes a problem

People laugh as
friends worry
and families cry

Missing the happy life
as I sink deeper into
my depression

I cry alone so they
can't see my tears
