read it or don't I would appreciate it if you did
I have made my stand
facing down the face of the cliff
I am the cliff-hanger
slipping on the dust
Rope clipped tight to my waist
I hope to fall into place
with a red face
and string tight around the throat
G G G garbage
further from

Sacrifice
Bleeding dead on the cross
this how we live
Hate
It's in every face
I go to places far away
while still staying here
Out-of-mind-and-body
splitting into fragments
spitting in the flames
It's a dog fight

The battle-poet wild and wise with word
steps up to his doom
Hiding behind my empty hollow voice
nothing to say
to slow to say it anyway
I am insecure
Falling behind
welling inside
tapping the sap
rapping over and over
on the door

I'm going to make a place
full of mistakes and white out the rest
breath exits
cease and fail to exist
fail to compete
fail to prevail...

I speak out on this anger
I have a five-sided fist
a four finger grip
and mass muscle wrist.

In the last moment
the gold dulls
and shimmer is gone
the meaning is diminished
finish.
