This poem came at me from out of the blue.
In the midst of night
A creature comes out of hiding
To get food for her young ones
While the moon shines bright

In the midst of night
A hunter comes out of his domain
To get another fur for his collection
While the moon shines bright

In the midst of night
A hunter fires his gun
To kill a innocent creature
While the moon shines bright

In the midst of night
A creature falls to the ground
To become a prize for the hunter
While young ones cry in the distance.
