about falling for someone you thought you were over
You've done it before,
and you've done it again,
thought it had fizzled out,
the flame was starved,
but perhaps it was pushed
to the bottom of my heart,
sunk,
'Hook line and sinker'
A glitter was always there,
of hope,
lust,
love,
admiration.
And one viscious glance
shot at me,
has entangled me again,
ignited an explosion,
and then you step back
and watch me burn.
'burn baby burn'
Your tongue slithers in my ear,
I feel your moist words
tickling my neck,
you whisper:
"I'll miss you so much"
The words ring and ring in my ear,
Like you said it too loud,
But only i heard it.
And I think I like that.
