From The Chronicles of Death

Through the Eyes

There's refuge in my madness,
in this chapter of the night.
I learned so quickly I confess,
darkness lurking, out of sight.

I'm the one you're frightened of;
and I watched you hide tonight.
A hungry friend of Satan,
and your murder's my delight.

Finding refuge from the storm
in dampest, darkest alley.
I will seek your lovely form,
one more victim for my tally.

I'm the killer of little girls,.
here to take your pain away;
When I caress your golden curls,
agony will end your day.

If you think you've found me out,
I will fade in the abyss.
Forever in your nightmares,
one more "Pretty" death will kiss.
