A poem derived from the darkest part of my soul.
Hate swirling in my veins.
Anger engulfs my spirit.
Why must I feel this way?
Feeling like a monster
Wanting to rip something apart,
Beat something 'til it's shapeless,
Scream until my throat hurts.
My body shakes
And my soul is restless.
My eyes see red
And my hands quake.
I am not alone in my body.
Hate is the monster within me.
