I wrote this poem for my book. It was carved into trees to serve as a warning.
The eyes of the forest see all that you do.
The eyes of the forest are watching you.

Just behind you they wait and hide,
You cannot escape the eyes glare.
They keep pace with your every stride,
The eyes follow you everywhere.

Always show the utmost respect,
And to those who do not, beware.
In your soul the eyes will reflect,
In your life they will bring despair.

The eyes of the forest see all that you do.
The eyes of the forest are hunting you.
