About a storm
Violent winds dance tonight
Midnight birds sing their songs
A wild tune plays upon the wind
The storm comes.

Wicked shadows run amok
They dart around the pale moonlight
Tempters of the fates they are
The storm comes.

The great trees sway in tune
Hypnotic is their entrancing lure
Fragrant they make the air
The storm comes.

With dismal fright the sky does weep
Darkened clouds kiss the sky
Lightning crashes through the voids
The storm has come.
