It is described by Hazrat Abu Sayeed Khudri (R), He said, The prophet (SM) declared that if anyone of you saw wrong doing, he should prevent it by hand. If he is unable to do this, he should stop it by mouth. If he also unable to do so, he should hate it in mind.
