Strength in Numbers


This group's purpose is to provide a safe place for members dealing with anxiety to discuss and share their experiences.


There is a genuine solace in the shared experiences of others.

The group is open to anyone who has had a connection with stress, anxiety, and/or panic attack disorder (PAD). (If you'd like to join this group, email me or send a review below.)



There are several levels of membership here, as we have several positions which can benefit our group.

Group Leaders - Members willing to help build and manage our group.

Experts - Professionals with experience treating PAD/anxiety.

Scholars - Students studying within the mental health field.

Members - Members with some connection to PAD/anxiety, whether it is experiencing it themselves or knowing someone who does, or if you're just interested in the subject.
