A poem about missing someone, and the things that remind me
Angelus

And I am outstretched, uncomfortably blue
I am turning to you, I am northering.
To a severe sky, let us cry, together
As I appear, here, at your door
And these mountains, oh these mountains,
I appear and hear the Angelus bell
And I see your eyes, I remember, and I cry
And I remember Skye, the Fulmars in flight
And the boreal winds bringing tears to those eyes,
Those eyes, too much time, since ... Those eyes,
Fire alight, a whisky, a kiss to your glowing cheek,
This hearth, this night, those darkening peaks,
The wind, the snow, pushing us close,
Pushing us close, I never want to go,
Never want to go ...
Those eyes, the Fulmars in flight, a kiss to your glowing cheek.
