What we have found there in the abandoned asylum in Robert Blake's cell.
Getting into our patrol car. It was halloween. It was also a full moon tonight.
We knew what that meant, the crazies were going to be out in their droves. It was cold there was a damp in the air, there was fog rolling in from the coast, The air smelled of salt, and sea gulls flew about as the day began> The damp got inside your clothes. It made old injuries feel, new.

It was 33 above. The sky was filled with black clouds filling the sky. It was the early twenty.

"Christ its bloody cold." Paul said as he blew on his hands to keep them warm. Paul was a bruiser of a man, big and gruff as gruff could get, he has eight years on me. He has keys so, I knew where I would be going. The passenger's seat. He was good egg, if you liked them poached.

He waited for me to get in, he turned key, The radio sprang to life. There is an incident at the Arkham asylum.

"Just, what we need. The asylum. It never rains, It pours." Paul said as he turned the wheel to get us to the asylum.

The asylum rose out of the community on a vast hill, it rose up like your middle finger. It looked just like it and we knew it was giving us the finger. The asylum was surrounded by walls ten feet thick, barbed wire across the top to prevent the inmates from escaping and people from getting in. The walls were bricks. They climbed twenty feet up from its sides. The building sat in the middle of these walls. There was graphiffi about the structure. The building was a monstrosity in size and scale. Pathways went every which way. It was empty or so we knew.

There had been riots inside the structure long ago, This had happened when they brought in the patient Robert Blake. The room where he was lit up with a greenish light when night fell. There came a voice that awakened the pateints who had been finally put to sleep. They woke. They attacked the wardens of their rooms.'

The pateints knocked the wardens from their feet. They bit and clawed their way through the gaurds. The guards at that time called in the police to quell the riot. They had done this with a great deal of blood shed, That was long ago.

I wished I had taken a bit of whiskey that had been offered to me by girl as we left for work,

"Any idea as to whats happening there?" I asked over the radio,

"Not a blessed clue," the voice said over the radio,

We saw the structure rising out of the deep fog. The scene was docile as the night is long. A shiver crept up my back, my mouth grew dry as pitch. The queit held us, in its massive hands.

The walls rose up like tombstones, the gate was closed as it has always been since the time of the riot. The gate was iron wrought, the grounds still had the bodies of the dead laying on the road and the surrounding area, Someone had once tried to move the bodies, when this group of people tried to lift the body from where it lay.

They said, "They heard a wolf howl,"

Another member of this group said,"He saw the other bodies there, eyes light up with a red hellish fire. He saw one of them close its open hand."

When the others there heard what he said, They turned tail and ran back to their trucks to get out of there.

The streets looked deserted. But we knew that the loons would be out doing thier thing. The physic wards would be full of nuts on this night.

The walls of the structure looked forbidding. The stillness in the air, clung to us like dried blood would to cloth. Our headlights barely broke through the darkness of the fog that has rolled in here.

We arrived, we saw nothing yet to be afraid of. The headlights showed the skeletal remains laying on the road and grounds of the building.

The streets looked deserted. But we knew that the loons would be out doing their thing. The physic wards would be full of nuts on this night.

The walls of the structure looked forbidding. The stillness in the air, clung to us like dried blood would to cloth. Our headlights barely penetrated the darkness of the fog that has rolled in here.

We arrived, we saw nothing yet to be afraid of. Other than what headlights showed the skeletal remains laying on the road and grounds of the building. The bodies looked lifelike Spiderwebs covered what the rain hadn’t touched.

One of the bodies was facing us, we could see holes where eyes should be. The doors to the asylum stood open. The doors were closed and sealed shut. Yet here the doors stood open as if to admit who ever was to come in could.

I thought I saw a movement at the desk that was shrouded in darkness and spiderwebs. I approached along with my partner for many a year. The quiet hung like a dagger tearing through our nerve endings. I thought i heard a sound, the door way was dark with shadows.
Lightning tore through the sky like stiletto through a silk nylon blood oozed to the surface to saturate the skin and the tightly drawn nylon.

My shoed feet entered the hallway. It was a labyrinth of passageways, there was the desk adorned with cobwebs, I saw no indication that nothing had moved from there at any time since I saw it.

There was a manual typewriter, with a page in the cartridge. The lantern showed that there was no one beside the besk or behind it. There was a filing cabinet open. I think I heard a name, It sounded like Robert Blake, The voice was feminine, I spun about to see if I could see the speaker of these names. Saw no one there.

My partner smiled, laughed and said, “ Why are you looking toward me. You knew I was behind you didn’t you?”

He patted my shoulder with his huge meaty hand,

“Yeah, Did.. Did you hear a voice behind you.”

“No, why do you mention it?”

“I thought I did. It was a woman’s voice.”

“What did it say>”

“Robert Blake.”

He looked down at the open file on the desk, it was a file. Having the name of Robert Blake on it. He could barely see the words thanks to the dust and webs that covered the desk like an apron over a dining table.

Paul said,”You don’t say?”

“I do say.”

“Well it seems that the person receiving the patients was about to write up the sentencing of Robert Blake. He was just about to put it away into the cabinet.”

“Can I read the document.’ Paul asks as he walks toward the desk. He looks down at the file
. Robert Blake.

He refuses to sleep. Swears he is hearing voices and has seen things that defy common sense. There is a multi armed woman who is pursuing him. Her skin id green, her hair is black as a raven’s wing, She is shapely.

He has seen her enter houses without anyone’s permission. He saws her standing over a bed ridden person, she knelt down so her lips touched his neck. She got up and left the room where the person was. There were two holes in his neck, where the jugular is in a human. A gentle stream of blood ran out of these holes.

He claims he is pursuing her, when the police arrived on the scene. In his hands they found a hammer and wooden stake. A book lay in his hands, and a sculpture that looks unlike anything we have ever seen it looks Nordic. The sculpture has eight arms, is a woman, Wearing a toga. There is an inscription on it that we can not read. He refused to allow us to get a hold of it. The book was written in the same tongue as the inscription on the sculpture. His eyes were huge, his skin was so white it was almost translucent.

He is wiry in form. His eyes are different colors.

The room is thirteen where he was when they brought him in.

We decided to go to that room, the floor had pellets of shit from rats or mice that inhabited the place. We were wary of the vermin that lived here. Hearing sounds as we moved down the hallways.

The hallways were large enough for several people to walk side by side down them. There were lanterns at each connecting hallway. Spiders crawled away from us as we moved down the halls.

The rooms were caged, There was a bed made of straw, a bucket and pie plate in each cell. There were bodies in some of the cells. So, not everyone was out on the grounds.

We came to eleven and twelve. These two rooms were women’s cells. We found thirteen, there was a huge black spot on the floor before the cell. The bars looked encrusted in rust and dried blood.

We saw a body laying on the floor. Its face was toward the door, there was a huge gaping hole in its chest. One of the body’s held a dagger like instrument in its hands. A rat turned to face us, in its mouth was what looked to have the shape of a grape and size of one as well. We suspected it was an eye. The rat turned and tore away from the cell door to a corner of the room. It vanished when it arrived there.

We heard a splashing sound behind us. We turned to see what made the sound. We saw a woman whose arms numbered eight and her lower half was that of a serpent. Her eyes grew wide upon seeing us there.

She made a come hither motion with her forefinger towards her. With one of her eight hands. She smiled, when she did this we saw two long fangs in her mouth.

I turned and drew up my truncheon to attack her. She smiled demurely at my hand going to draw my truncheon. She asked, “What are you going to do with that?” laughed as I approached her.

My partner fumbled the lantern to have it crash to the ground. He leapt at her as did I.

The being’s eyes filled the socket of its eyes, the cornea was a third of the eye. It touched my skin, It touched my skin, My skin felt as if it was in flames, Its hands hand long dagger like nails on them,

My skin began to feel as if it was being bathed in a sensuous stream. I was slowly falling a sleep, I saw the truncheon begin to fall in my partners hand. Her right hand fell on the hand holding the truncheon. My partner fell to his knees.

The woman smiled, she bent down. I saw her mouth open and watched her bit into his neck

It was as if we had fallen a sleep, Our radios crackled with energy, We felt cold, our mouthed were dry as sand is wet. Our skin was as white as coke` is black. When we woke up, there were two holes in our necks, We felt we were feverish. Sweat ran off our brows. We were shivering.

We needed something to slake our thirst, We found ourselves with the body we believe of Robert Blake on the floor in his chamber.
