A poem about Football Game
Hold on tight, buckle up, it's America's game,
Forget fairytales, touchdowns trump Taylor Swift's fame.
No cleats on the grass here, it's shoulder to pad,
22 players on the field, leaving egos unsung and clad.

Tailgating's the magic, hours before kickoff's call,
Barbecue smoke and laughter, a parking lot carnival.
Helmets and jerseys gleam, faces painted with pride,
A stadium roars to life, the wave crashes wide.

Forget dainty plays, this is organized chaos, you see,
Quarterbacks orchestrate, dodging like a bullet bee.
The ball, a brown oval, a warrior's golden prize,
They toss, they run, they scramble, beneath the watchful skies.

But wait, a penalty flag, a yellow disgrace,
Someone stepped out of bounds, or hit with too much force's embrace.
The crowd groans in unison, the ref blows his shrill call,
Yards are deducted, momentum takes a fall.

See that blur in motion? Number 22 streaks by,
He jukes, he cuts, he dances, leaving defenders high and dry.
But then a fumble! The ball pops loose, a fumble's cruel plight,
The other team swoops in, a turnover takes flight.

And there, on the sideline, a man without his shirt,
Chest painted in colors, a symbol of unwavering support.
He screams and he cheers, his face painted in bliss,
For this is passion, pure and loud, a football fan's kiss.

So, the game rages on, a ballet of brawn and might,
Each play a story, under the Friday night lights.
And though you may not understand each snap and each run,
The energy's contagious, the fun can't be outrun.

So next time you hear the roar, the cheers, the thunderous crack,
Remember this poem, and maybe you'll find your own way back,
To the world of pigskins and touchdowns, where passion takes hold,
And the spirit of America unfolds.
