Jumping from the Frying Pan into the Fire

Sam Adams
felt he was jumping
from the frying pan Into the fire
as he ran down the jungle path
jumping off a cliff into the swirling river water
chased by the deranged, rabid Giant Panda,
into a waiting pack of ravenous wolves
waiting on the other side of the raging river..
