You may think you are just browsing.
Mariah walked casually from the conference center, up State Street, to browse the specialty shops. Passing a bookstore and antique shop, a flag displaying a flowery P appeared next. Strains of "The Age of Aquarius" filled the air.
“How may I help you, dear?”
“Oh, I don’t know, ma’am. Just browsing.”
“May I suggest this potion?”
“Potion?” Mariah asked.
“Yes,” replied the shopkeeper. “Take a few drops and place them on your tongue.”
Drops in place, Mariah felt love, joy, and peace envelop her.
“Phyllis is my name, dear. This is my personal favorite. It looks good on you."
