Ideally, I would like to get back down to 62kgs, my ideal weight, by the end of 2016. Other accomplishments I'd like to reach are: To be able to do 70 push-ups, 12 chin-ups, and run 5kms. Day 89: Walked/ran 2km Rowed 7km (29 mins) 60 push-ups 20 sit-ups New personal record: 60 push-ups in a row. It's incredible to think that at the beginning of this year I could hardly do 5 push-ups, and now I can do 60 (fairly easily, too!). My plan is to keep going until the end of the year, or maybe for a full 365 days. New Goal: 120 push-ups in a row by the end of 2015. Let's do this! |
