My goal is to be fitter, stronger and healthier in body, habits and lifestyle. Ideally, I would like to get back down to 62kgs, my ideal weight, by the end of 2016. Other accomplishments I'd like to reach are:

To be able to do

*Bullet* 12 chin-ups,
*Bullet* and run 5kms.

This time I have an excuse -- I was in a car the whoooole stinking day. *Facepalm* It was a very long drive back and I was tired. But that evening I did do some dancing with friends, but I'm not going to count that since it was more recreational that disciplined.

So it's another missed day. Four down, ten to go. *Worry* I'd better catch up.

*Boxcheck* Caving/climbing (if that counts! *Laugh*).

I walked barefoot along the beach and the sand was quite tough on the old leg muscles (and I got rained on!), but it was a beautiful night and I enjoyed it.

Caving was a breath-taking adventure! It involved quite a lot of walking and climbing in the darkness of the Abbey Caves, near Whangarei.
