Ideally, I would like to get back down to 62kgs, my ideal weight, by the end of 2016. Other accomplishments I'd like to reach are: To be able to do 70 push-ups, 12 chin-ups, and run 5kms. Day 19: Ran 0.7km. (Same as the day before.) |
Day 18: Ran 0.7km. (Hey, I was in a car driving north from 6am to 4pm. Don't blame me! Went fishing and got back late. Ran from the boat launch up to the bach.) |
Day 16: Ran 4km. Rowed 12 mins (3.2km). 5 push-ups This morning I woke up late (hallelujah for public holidays) and the first thing I felt was my muscles. Erm, wait... That sounds weeeird. Okay, the first thing I remember doing was feeling my muscles...after getting dressed and brushing my teeth and doing my hair. Felt muscles for the first time in my life! :-[ And I did 5 push-ups without thinking! Usually I can do 5 at a strain, 10 with breaks in between. It's encouraging to finally feel like I'm getting somewhere. I look forward to tomorrow's session. |

I'm sick of feeling guilty every time I start something and give up. The fix? Stop giving up! I'm going to shape up by doing exercise every day. It doesn't matter what or how much, as long as I just do it. 22nd January: Ran 3km and swam 5 laps (x25 metres). Sponsor me at "Give It 100!" |
