My goal is to be fitter, stronger and healthier in body, habits and lifestyle. Ideally, I would like to get back down to 62kgs, my ideal weight, by the end of 2016. Other accomplishments I'd like to reach are:
To be able to do
70 push-ups,
12 chin-ups,
and run 5kms.

Yayyy!!! Great job, lady! I am so proud of you for following through on these two give it 100 goals! Remember to drop by the losers club when you are ready to try 100 days of eating healthy (not dieting). Enjoy your time out in the bush!
I know this week hasn't gone so well, with only push-ups each done and some walking here and there, but I have been tired and beset with headaches (alas, the period ). Hopefully I'll get back into the swing of it next week, especially rowing. I miss my rowing. :-[
