Funny! What popped up immediately in my mind was "to save water." but getting washed up on shore is a funnier answer. |

A "Game of Thrones" challenge: Tedious Citadel task 82. Write two Structured Poems of your choosing. Both poems must be of the same structure. Show your poems on the newsfeed, and explain about this type of poetry. Points: 2000 There once was a big Irish lassie, Who's built like a large lorry chassis, She said to a friend, I have a big end, And that makes my sashay quite sassy. Liam read in the paper he died, His friends saw it too and they sighed He's always been one, To fool us and stun, But this has us all quite tongue-tied. The Limerick: A poem consisting of five lines in a single stanza with a rhyme scheme of a-a-b-b-a. Most limericks are intended to be humorous, and many are considered suggestive or downright indecent. Some would say because of their simple structure, the Limerick is considered amateur poetry. I say writing a good Limerick is not easy. Let's see some of yours. |

Only a week left to submit your entry for the March prompt. While this topic covers a lot of ground, I'm just looking for something short and sweet -- any article on one aspect of Item Types. And you can enter something previously written and awarded. How easy is that! |
I've received a number of responses, and some great comments with them, regarding my Newsfeed survey so far. I'll leave it up for the week, and will post the results then.
Take a moment to add yours. Thanks. |
I've just edited an item in my portfolio:
I'm curious. And you know what they say about curiosity ... create a Survey! |
