About Seventy More
About Seventy More

Today hasn’t been a bad day for my SpaceHorrors scriptwriting/novel/short stories project. But it hasn’t been a very good one either. After all, I only got about seventy single sentences written for the Scene Outline for this project. That’s not very good. But it’s not bad either.

I finished writing Act One of Part One of the Movie Introduction for this project. And all of Act Two. But I barely got started with Act Three. It was about the same place when I left off with Act One when I started writing them today. about one storyline. That’s about eight scenes.

The other three storylines take up the twenty-seven single sentences that make up an Act for a total of thirty-five for Act One and thirty-five for Act Two. Total combined equals seventy. That’s why I’m saying that I got about seventy single sentences written today.

Why did I only get about seventy single sentences written the last couple of days? It’s mostly because of what happened to me last Saturday night/Sunday morning. I’m still very upset about that. I don’t think it affected my writing that much. But I think it has some.

After all, my brother and I have been very busy the last couple of days trying to either fix this car or trying to buy another one. Neither has happened so far. It may be another day or two before that happens. If it even happens by then. There’s a very good possibility it won’t.

I think my main problem is with this project. It’s a new project. And even though I know what I want to write for each scene, it’s hard for me to write it. Especially, the beginning of this Outline. Once I got going on this Outline, it has gotten a little bit better.

Starting each Act has been a little bit of a problem too. It’s like the beginning of this Outline, I know what the scene is about. I’m just not sure how to word it into a single sentence. Once I get the storylines started, I usually don’t have any problems with them.

At the rate I’m going, it’s probably going to take the rest of this week to finish writing the single sentences for Part One of this Movie Introduction. If that’s true, then I probably won’t be getting started with the single sentences for Part Two of this Movie Introduction until next Sunday.

Then again, unfortunately, I may be starting it with Part Two before Sunday. After all, I still have a car problem that I need to resolve. If I don’t do something about that, I’m not going to be able to go to work this Friday and Saturday. A lot longer than that maybe.

If I don’t solve my car situation, I probably won’t be working at that security post anymore. And if that happens, I will either be working somewhere here in Topeka, or I won’t be working for who I work for anymore. I don’t think it will come to that. But it might.

What will I do if it does come to that? I don’t know the answer to that question. If I can’t work in security, I guess I will have to find part-time work elsewhere. At least I will until I start my writing career. Unfortunately, that’s several years away at the earliest.
