My Last Entry in the Snowflake Chronicles
11 ‘Azamat 164 B.E. - Sunday, May 27, 2007

This is my last entry in The Snowflake Chronicles. I’m going to start a new blog call Snow Melt. I’m going to attempt to make an entry in Snow Melt everyday or every other day. The truth is there is only two things I want to do in life. One of them is to write and get published. I’m not sure why I want to attempt publication, maybe it’s a natural out come of writing.

One thing I’ve found out is that I am my own worst enemy. I can sabotage myself without half trying.. Lately my self-talk seems to … I have no idea what I was going to say here, I was interrupted and whatever was on my mind went right out the window. I’m back on my meds, so being off them may have something to do with the self-talk problem. Being off my meds could have effected other areas of my life as well.

Tomorrow is Memorial Day. Tomorrow morning I have to take Mom in for a blood test. The diagnostic center I take her to is open 24/7 so I doubt they’ll be closed Memorial Day. I have to pick up some meds for her as well, I talked to the pharmacist today and she said they’d be open tomorrow. So I’ll go to the diagnostic center and then to the drugstore. I didn’t know there were meds waiting until I got a call from the drugstore today, that’s why I called.

Getting back to Snow Melt I want to expand my writing more than I have. Therefore, I’m going to attempt graphics, different font styles and colors, as well and different approaches to writing. I’ve have this urge to write, to put words down in black, white and color.

I have an urge to unclutter my house, my life and my e-mail boxes. I think being off my meds that a detrimental effect on everything because now I just want to get things done I’ve been putting off because of lack of energy. I’m not sure whether energy is the right word here. I just didn’t feel like doing anything and now I feel like getting stuff done. It’s amazing how much better I feel today. I suppose I should be waiting for the other shoe to drop, but that doesn’t get me any where.

Snow Melt

*Note1*Post at least every other day, if not every day
*Note2*Use different font sizes, styles, and colors
*Note3*Use graphics or photos when possible and appropriate
*Note4*Experiment with different writing methods and genre
*Note5*Don’t change my method of dating, but add the time the entry was composed
*Note6*Include a quote in each entry
*Note*Include an interesting piece of writing I’ve reviewed at least once a week

I think that’s all I want to commit to right now. However, I could think of other things later. I don’t think I’m going to change the above too much, but a slight tweak here and there won’t hurt. Maybe I’ll try subheading in the Snow Melt entries or use color to set the different subjects or themes apart. I’ll make my first entry in that blog on Memorial Day, so I’ll see what I come up with. Maybe the first 26 entries will be alphabetical, I tried that in some of The Snowflake Chronicles entries and found the exercise intriguing.
