Robinson Crusoe is the first full length book I ever remember reading. I found it to be fascinating and read it all in a few days. I know I was reading full length books before then, but I do not remember the title. I believe the title of the first reader I ever had was McGuffey. (It was really Sally, Dick, and Jane). McGuffey was around in the 19th Century and I am not quite that ancient!

Prompt: "What is the one thing you wish you knew how to do?"

I always wished I knew how to fly a fighter jet. I don't know, it always looked like it would be fun to go streaking through the sky at mach one like my hair was on fire.

Discuss this quote in your blog."

I was once a Scrooge and may be a Scrooge next year, but this year I am actually looking forward to Christmas! I think it is due to the fact that I have worked at the Salvation Army throughout the holidays this year and have experienced the magic of Christmas. It truly has been a rewarding experience!
