On Friday, September 18, 2020
I look out my front door
at the gray clouds
covering the sky
and hiding the sun.


I contemplate the entries
I made to "Snow's Space Blog" ,
"I Blog Poetry and Prose" ,
"Writing in Snow" ,
and the decision I made
to enter the "October Novel Prep Challenge" .

I breath a sigh of relief,
because the outpatient surgery
I had yesterday
went well,
and all I have to do
for my NANOWRIMO book
Letters From My Soul
is keep note on ideas
and create the book.
