I hope that I’m wrong again. But I don’t think that I’m going to have a second Short Story this month. At least not with the contest that I have been entering lately. I don’t know if it’s because of me or something else. But I think that it’s because of me. After all, this month is almost half over with. And still no prompt for it.

There may be another contest that I have written for in the past, though. It hasn’t been around for the last month or two. But it looks like it may be coming back. True, I only have a few weeks with it too. But it may not be as hard to write. Sort of like the one that I’m writing for WDC this month. I’m almost halfway through that. And I have been working on it for only one day.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to work on my WDC Short Story for this month after I got home from work last week. I wanted to do it. And I did try. But I didn’t get anything written on it. Luckily, I didn’t need to do that. I have almost written half of it in the last few hours. And I do plan on continuing it after I finish writing and post this blog entry.

I’m kind of surprised that I got that much written on my WDC Short Story for this month. After all, what my brother and I had to do today wasn’t a lot. But it did take us most of the day to do it. In fact, we got it done about the middle of the afternoon. So, I had a lot of time to work on it. And work on it, I did. I’m sort of surprised that I did write about eight hundred words in only a few hours. But that’s what I did.

Tomorrow, I know that I’m not going to be doing any writing until the middle of the afternoon. If not a little bit later than that. Not only do I have something to do early in the morning, but I’m going to the new James Bond movie tomorrow for a couple of reasons. One is that I’m a big fan of it. The only reason I didn’t go see it before now is because of work. My second reason is that it’s a movie. And movies are what I write. Along with television series too.

James bond is one of the reasons why I want to continue working on this Short Story after I finish with this blog. But it’s not the only one. I also want to get at least half of it done before I go to sleep tonight because I want to get it done as quickly as I can. And I don’t think that I will have that much time to do it tomorrow.
