Including Two Establishing Shots

I’m not sure. After all, it has been two days since I last did any writing on the first episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But I think that I got eight scenes written in this episode. True, two of them are Establishing Shots. And they may not count as numeric scenes, they do count as scenes, though.

That means that I got six numeric scenes written last Sunday at work. true, that may not read very well. Especially, since it happened on the weekend. But I think that it is. My average right now is five scenes. It doesn’t matter if they are a weekday or part of the weekend. Five scenes are still the average.

If I can get five scenes written, then I consider it a good day. Of course, I want to do more than that. And every so often I do. But as long as I get five, I’m happy. A lot of how many scenes that I get written depends on work and who I work for. That is especially true on a Wednesday. I never know what new or old something they are going to try on me until I get there.

Whatever happens to me today at work, I can handle it. It may slow me down a little bit. But it won’t stop me from writing. Even a split shift may stop me from writing completely. Then again, that might not even do it. Not if I don’t let it. And the way that I’m feeling right now, a split shift isn’t going to stop me. I may not get five scenes written. But I will get as many as I can, though.
