Catching Up With Six
Catching Up With Six

It wasn’t easy to get six scenes written on the first episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project television series. But it wasn’t that hard either. In fact, I may have gotten another one written yesterday at work. I only had about a half-hour to do that seventh scene. So, I didn’t want to risk not getting it all written. And I don’t like to leave a scene only partially written.

I have written a partial scene a few times, though. Usually, because I think that I can get it written. And I haven’t been able to do it for one reason or another. Normally, that reason is work, though. It can get very busy at work in the last couple of hours of my shift. And as a result, I don’t get my scene finished. Luckily, it hasn’t happened too often. But that’s only because I know how busy it can get those last two hours. And I don’t try to do another scene. Especially, if it’s during a weekday.

If it happens on a weekend, I might try to do another scene or two within those last two hours of my shift. Depending on how much of those two hours that I have left. Like yesterday, it was only about a half-hour. Why can I maybe do it on the weekend? It’s because it’s not quite as busy on Saturday or Sunday. So, it is very possible for me to get at least one more scene written. If not another one or two after that. It all depends on how much time I have on my shift.

Today is another weekday aka it’s a Friday. But the weather is supposed to be okay. At least it is when it comes to rain or storms. True, it’s still a little bit cold out there. But that’s normal for this time of year. I can handle the cold. That isn’t going to slow me down that much with my writing. But it being a Friday it might. I hope that it doesn’t stop me from writing too much. It might, though.

It all depends on how busy that it gets at work today. If it’s a somewhat normal Friday, I may be lucky if I get five more scenes written today. After all, it has been quite busy on Fridays lately. So, it’s very probable that today will be the same. And if it is, five scenes may be all that I get written today. Whether I get five scenes written or not, I’m going to get as many of them as I can do today.
