It Was a Very Busy Friday

That’s true. It was very, very busy at work yesterday. One of the busiest Fridays that I have seen in a long time. And that’s saying a lot. After all, it has been very busy on a lot of Fridays lately. If this isn’t the busiest one that I have seen, it has got to be a very close second. That’s how busy it was at work yesterday.

Despite it being very busy yesterday at work, I still got nine scenes written for the first episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I really tried to make it ten and end Act Two of this project aka the first half of this episode. But I couldn’t do it. didn’t have enough time to write it.

True, I did have about a half-hour left to the end of my shift. But it was very busy during the last two hours. That isn’t all that unusual. Especially, since it happened on a weekday. But yesterday it was slightly busier than it normally is. As a result, I didn’t get that tenth scene written for this project.

There may be some more good news, though. I may be ending my handwriting on this project. Why am I writing this? It’s because I’m getting a tablet in a few days. And I’m hoping that I can work on this project on it. If I can, the first thing I’m going to do is start writing these scripts.

Not only that, but I’m going to try to dictate it there at work. How can I do that and watch tv shows and movies on my new cell phone? It’s because I have a real earphone jack on my cell phone now. I’m hoping that I can still watch my tv shows and movies using that so that I can dictate into my new tablet.

Of course, I’m not going to be getting it until about the middle of next week. So, until then I still have to do it the old fashion way with pencils and paper. I’m not even sure I can dictate because of my disability. But I’m hoping that I can do it.

That isn’t going to happen until I get my new tablet. And until then I will continue working on this project the old fashion way. Speaking of how I’m writing this project, I hope that I can get another nine scenes written today. But I’m not going to count on anything before it happens. Especially, doing another nine of them.

Since it’s a Saturday, I’m hoping that I can get nine or ten of them written. But if I get eight of them written I will be happy. After all, that’s six. And two Establishing Shots. It can be done. I have done it before. But it’s been a very long time since I did it though.
