The First Half of Episode Two
The First Half of Episode Two

That’s right. I did another ninety single sentences at work yesterday. Only I did them for the second episode for my Water War scriptwriting project. In other words, it was the first half of this episode. That may not read like too many sentences for my Scene Outline. But considering how busy it was at work yesterday, I’m kind of surprised that I got that many written. I did, though.

Like I just wrote in paragraph one of this blog entry, it was very, very busy at work yesterday. That’s not too big of a surprise, though. After all, it was on a Friday. And it’s that time of year when it’s very busy where I work at. It seemed a lot busy than it has been lately. If it’s not the busiest one, it has to be the second busiest Friday that I have seen in a long time. That’s how busy it was there.

It wouldn’t have been as bad as it was if not for the new changes that started a few weeks ago. If not for them, I wouldn’t have been on my feet outside my guard post as much as I was. I must have been out there for at least two hours of my shift. About four times more than I should have been. It was especially bad during the first six hours of my shift.

Normally, it was the first two and the last two hours of my shift that are the busiest for me. With the middle four hours being very busy too. But yesterday at work it was the first six hours that were the busiest. The last two were very busy too. Not as much as the first six, though. They were about average busy the last two hours. Maybe a little bit more than that. But not that much more.

I’m hoping that I will get at least ninety for single sentences written today. After all, if I can do that, I will end the second episode Scene Outline. Since it’s a Saturday, I should be able to get at least that man wrote. No matter how busy it gets at work today. And it may get very busy. It has been the last few Saturdays. There’s no reason to think that it will be any less today.

I hope that I can get another twenty or more written, though. Why am I hoping that? It’s because I already know that I’m going to be doing another split shift tomorrow. Luckily, it’s at my old post. So, if it’s anything like the last couple of Sundays at that post, I may be able to get some writing done. I’m just not sure how much. hopefully, it will be enough to finish the first half of episode three.
