Unfortunately, I was right about last Sunday. I didn’t get any writing done on the second episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project written last Sunday. Why didn’t I? It was the usual reason. I had another split shift that was very busy for me. Especially, the first four hours of it when I was at my last post.

Normally, Sundays haven’t usually been very busy. But it is that time of year when it’s extremely busy all week long where I work. So, I wasn’t surprised that it was busy. I was a little bit at how busy it was last Sunday, though. It was a whole lot busier than I thought that it would be. And as soon as I got there, I knew I wouldn’t get any writing done that day. At least not in the first four hours.

Because of the first four hours of my split shift on Sunday, I didn’t get any writing done at my regular post either. There were several reasons why I didn’t try to do it. But the main one was I was late getting over there because my relief was late at my old post. And of course, that was all my fault. As a result, I didn’t feel like doing any writing. I wanted to do it. But I was afraid of how it would turn out if I did do any writing. If I could have done it at all.

Today, I’m going back to work. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean that I will be able to get any writing done on this project. As far as I know, I will be working at my regular post. But I have thought that before and it didn’t happen. Especially, in the last few weeks. I hope that it does. And if it does, I also hope that I can get the second half of Episode Two finished today.
