Despite it Being Extremely Busy

Why the above blog title? It’s because I wrote twenty-two scenes yesterday at work. Add that to the three Establishing Shots and I get twenty-five single paragraphs written for Part Two of the movie introduction for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That may not read like a lot of writing to some. But it does to me. Especially, considering, I did them on a Friday at work.

An extremely busy Friday too. I expected it to be very busy on a weekday. But it was a whole lot busier than it should have been. Particularly, when it comes to me going outside my guard post. I had to do that a lot yesterday at work. Unfortunately, I was on my feet a lot inside my guard post too. True, I had the chair that helped me some on the inside. But I didn’t on the outside. I was on my feet all the time on the outside.

Don’t ask me how I got twenty-five single paragraphs written yesterday at work because I don’t know. All I know is that once I started writing, I couldn’t stop until I finished what I was writing. Of course, I had to stop because of work. But despite that, it didn’t seem to slow me down that much. If it slowed me down at all.

I just hope that I can do just as well today as I did yesterday. If not a little bit better than that. It’s a Saturday. And it’s usually kind of slow. So, I should be able to get at least twenty to twenty-five single paragraphs written. Of course, I have thought that before on a weekend something happened that I couldn’t get as much writing done as I wanted to get done.

If I can do it yesterday on an extremely busy Friday, there is no reason why I can do it again. I hope that I do. But I’m not going to count on anything until it happens. After all, I still have who I work for that may cause me to not write as much. And how busy it gets at work too. Whether I get twenty, twenty-five, more or less, I’m going to get as many single paragraphs as I can write today.
