Yesterday may have been Friday the thirteen, but it didn’t seem to matter to me. At least it didn’t when it comes to my writing. In fact, it was probably almost like the opposite. I did very well in the third episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. After all, I wrote twenty-three single scene paragraphs and four Establishing Shot single paragraphs. And I did it on Friday the thirteenth.

Twenty-seven single paragraphs on a Friday the thirteenth doesn’t read like it’s bad luck to me. I don’t think that it is. Especially, considering I wrote them on a Friday aka a weekday. Unfortunately, it being Friday the thirteenth isn’t all that didn’t affect my writing yesterday at work. So, didn’t where I worked either despite how busy it was there. And it was extremely busy there yesterday at work.

Normally, Fridays at work are often extremely busy. Especially, now that it’s summer or close to it. The weather sure does make it feel like summer with temperatures in the middle to upper eighties and low to middle nineties. But I don’t think that it’s summer just yet. Just feels like it is. Don’t know if it’s because it’s summer in some way or Friday the thirteen, or neither yesterday at work was a lot busier than it usually is there.

I only needed twenty single scene paragraphs to end the Teaser Act of episode three. And that is what I got. But that wasn’t all that I got, though. I also got the first three single scene paragraphs from Act One. Put these paragraphs with two Establishing Shots for both the Teaser Act and Act one, and I get twenty-seven total single paragraphs written yesterday at work.

Don’t ask me how I did it because I don’t know. But I did do it. Once I started writing these paragraphs I couldn’t stop until I finished them. True, I did have to stop to work. And a whole lot of it was outside my guard post with a long-sleeved shirt in the middle to upper eighties. But it didn’t affect my writing too much. If it affected me at all.

Today is a Saturday. And normally it’s not too busy on a Saturday. But with summer almost here if it isn’t already, it may not be very productive in regards to my writing. I wrote twenty-seven single paragraphs yesterday at work. There is no reason I can do that today. If I can’t do a little bit more than that. I did it yesterday on a Friday the thirteenth. There’s no reason why I can’t do it today.
