One More Shift at This Post, I Hope

As far as I know, I still have one more day where I have been working for about the last three and a half years. Who I work for hasn’t contacted or tried to contact me in the last couple of days aka my days off. So, either I am working today, and this is my last day at this post, or they are going to wait until I get there to tell me Sunday was my last day.

If I am working today, I don’t know what is going to happen to me. There are a couple of things that may happen. It could be a normal day when it comes to my writing, or I could be training my replacement who will be starting Thursday. As far as I know, it will be a normal day today. Then again, it may not be. It can go either way today.

The other possibility is that last Sunday was my last day at this post. If that’s true, there are two things that may happen today besides me being told about last Sunday. One is that the replacement starting today was already trained for this post. Probably the last couple of days. If not last week sometime. The other possibility is that my replacement is a Flex Officer who used to work there.

I hope that if I’m working today, it will be like it was last Sunday. At least I hope it is in regard to my writing. Can’t remember how good I did last Sunday. But I think that I did very well. Not great since it was a Sunday, but still very well.

Since today is a Wednesday aka a weekday, I don’t know how busy it will get today. It may be kind of slow or very busy. Most like it will be the latter. After all, it has been very busy on a Wednesday lately. Whether it’s busy or not, I’m going to get as much writing as I can today. If I can do any writing. It all depends on if this is my last day or not. And if I’m not alone there.
