Some is Not Enough

Some is Not Enough

What does the above blog title mean? It means that I finally got some writing done on the third episode of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. True, it’s only a few single scene paragraphs. But that is a lot better than I have been doing the last couple of weeks.

I’m still doing it on my tablet, though. I know that I can do it on my laptop too. But I don’t want to do that right now. Why don’t I? It’s because my work is up in the air until I go back to work. It also depends on if I’m working in security or not. If I’m working in security, I may have a chance to do some writing.

If I’m not in security, I won’t be able to do any writing at work. Not because I won’t have the time to do it. I may have some time for writing. But at most places, if you aren’t working, needs to appear that you are. Does that make any sense? It doesn’t to me. And I’m the one writing it.

True, it may not be too much when it comes to working on this scriptwriting project. And of course, I want it to be more. A whole lot more. But I can’t write that right now. All I can write is that I have been able to write some today. And I hope I can get a lot more done really soon.

Will I continue to work on it after I finish writing and posting this blog entry? That is my plan. And I am going to work on it if I can. But from past experience, what I plan on doing and what I do get done are sometimes very different. If I can, I’m going to continue working on this project.

What about my second scriptwriting project, The Final Ritual? I have thought about working on it too. But that may be a little bit confusing. Even to me. So, I have decided I’m not going to be working on it too. At least not until Monday and Tuesday aka my past days off.

The only thing that may stop me from working on either one of these projects is if the WDC Short Story contest ever gives us a prompt for this month. I may not be wrong about it being a genre month. But I may be about it being a Short Story. After all, it’s so late in the month already.

Whatever the prompt is, it still can be a Short Story. But it also may be a poem month. WDC doesn’t have them too often. They do have them, though. This may be one of those months. After all, there is just under four weeks to write a Short Story if that is what they want this month too.
