There is a lot within me Other Than Scriptwriting. This blog is devoted to those stories.

Laptop Problems Lately
Laptop Problems Lately

I don’t know if I have mentioned this in this Blog or not, but I have been having problems lately. Mostly with it slowing down. It has been a very big problem for me to get these blog entries in before I miss another blogging day and double up on two blog entries for the next day.

Think may have solved that problem. At least I thought that I did, but now I’m not so sure. After making sure all of my files, folders, apps, programs, etc. were on my Flash Drive, I reset my laptop. As it turned out, I didn’t need to save first. I’m glad that I did, though.

Didn’t know I had the option to reset with or without my files, folders, etc. I always thought a reset was a total reset. That I would lose all of my files and folders, etc. That’s why I backed them up on a Flash Drive. Now I know that I didn’t need to do that, but I’m still happy that I did.

After backing up my laptop on my Flash Drive, I did my reset. Unfortunately, it took me most of the day and evening to do it. As a result, I did get any writing done today on my second Short Story for this month. I’m also not sure if I can finish writing my Scene Outline for my second scriptwriting project, The Final ritual, at work tomorrow.

For the last couple of hours, I have been trying to transfer some of my files and folders from my laptop to my phone. I think that I finally did it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do it without going back to OneDrive. Which I didn’t want to do, but I didn’t think I had any choice. I couldn’t use transfer.office.com to transfer like I used to be able to do. So, I had to use OneDrive.

At least I think that I have the last ten numeric single sentences that I need to handwrite my last ten single paragraphs to end this Scene Outline. If I don’t, then I will start working on my second Short Story for this month tomorrow instead of Friday. Showing what I have done so on this Short Story so far. Won’t need that now if I can’t do my single paragraphs tomorrow.

Whether or not I have these single sentences may not be needed after all. I just got a text from work. I’m going to be working in a freezing building tomorrow. Their HVAC isn’t working. So, I may be wearing gloves as well as my heavy coat. If I don’t need the gloves, I should be able to get it done.

If I do need my gloves, writing is going to be very difficult. It may not be impossible. Maybe I can take my gloves off for short periods at a time so that I can write with my fingers. Hopefully, they will have Space Heaters that we can use, but I’m not going to count on that until it happens.
