Still Working on the Updates

Normally, I would be going to my ‘Other Than Scriptwriting’ blog. After all, this is my first day off from work aka a Monday. There isn’t a reason to do that because neither monthly contest I have been writing for has posted their new prompts yet. As a result, I can’t start working on my short stories until I have a prompt. At least with one of them. The WDC could be a poem this month. They sometimes do that instead of a Short Story. Especially in April.

In a way, not having any prompts yet may be a good thing. After all, I’m working on updating my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Unfortunately, I’m still working on it. As of right now, I have it done with the three main characters aka Chaad, Suuri, and Hoolle. I thought that I had it with my secondary characters aka Reen, Voonc, and Kiirra. I’m still working on them.

I have also changed my mind about going to a two-hundred-numeric scene episode instead of a one-eighty. Still might do that, but right now I’m back to the thirty-five scenes for the four main Acts per episode. Haven’t given up on the forty scenes for the four main Acts, but it looks like it’s going to be the thirty-five again. All I need to do is figure out how to do it with the secondary characters too.

Maybe I do have prompts after all, I just went into WDC to post this blog entry, and it looks like there may be a WDC prompt now. I haven’t gone into it yet, but it does look like it’s there. My second contest may have a prompt too, but it may just be an update on one coming soon this month.
