A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

Don’t Know Yet

Having some trouble with my laptop again. So, this may be another short blog entry. I just hope that I can get it in before the end of the day. Only have about fifty minutes to do it. So far, it’s not doing too bad, but it’s still kind of slow. May or may not get this blog entry in today. It could go either way.

I know why it’s happening. It’s because of AutoSave and The Cloud. Don’t like to use either one of them. AutoSave wants to save my progress every few seconds. If it was minutes instead of seconds, I might like it and use it, but it’s not. It’s seconds. I’m a writer, and I like to save what I write, but not that much. Every ten to fifteen minutes would be best for me. After all, if I want to save it sooner, I know where the Icon Tab Button is.

At the moment it seems to be working a lot better. So, maybe I will be able to get this blog entry in by the end of the day after all. I’m not going to count on that happening until it does, though. I have had this happen before way too often to know it could start slowing down or worse any time now. Hopefully, this won’t be one of those times.

Now for the good news. At least I think that it is. True, I only got thirty single paragraphs written earlier at work. Eighteen of them were from a Tag Act for Episode Two, Not Hiding in Darkness, and the Teaser Act for Episode Three, Floating Weapons. Those are three lines each. The other twelve were either four or five lines each. Four were four, and eight were five.

I barely got the thirty finished in about six hours at work. Don’t know why I only got thirty. If I remember correctly, I got thirty-three single paragraphs written last Thursday morning. True, three more paragraphs don’t read like much, but it’s three more than earlier today.

Why didn’t I get more written earlier today at work? I think it was because of me. I’m fighting another cold thanks to where I’m working. It wasn’t because of a lack of sleep. I got plenty of it the day before. Even though I was weak and tired during the whole shift. Didn’t feel a cold coming on then, but I sure do feel like I have one now.

A lack of concentration may be part of the reason why I didn’t get more written earlier at work. Whether it was because of the work conditions, the starting of a cold, or what, I don’t know. All I know is that I only got thirty single paragraphs written earlier today at work.

What does that mean for tomorrow? If my addition is correct, it means that I have thirty-three single paragraphs to write tomorrow to finish this episode. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem on a Friday morning. After all, I did it last Thursday, and I did even better last Friday. So, I should be able to do it again tomorrow.

The reason why I’m not sure if I will be able to do it is because of the cold I’m fighting. I should be able to get it done tomorrow. I’m just not sure if I will or not because of this cold. Which could get even worse since I’m still working in the same conditions there. Don’t know if that will affect my writing or not, but it could.
