Missing Two Establishing Shots

Almost tied my new record from yesterday. I missed it by two Establishing Shots. In reality, I probably would have gotten them written too earlier today, but I kind of messed up again. I forgot about Earth Time versus Poulask Time. So, I had to go into my timeline spreadsheet to adjust it. What does that mean for my missing Establishing Shots?

It means that if I had my timeline spreadsheet up to date, I would have noticed this misleading information and corrected it before now. No big deal, all I need to do is update the timelines that I usually do in the second Establishing Shot. At the beginning of an Act or when I introduce a new logline, aka a Scene Heading.

I was also wrong about my Blog Title yesterday. Yesterday, my Blog Title was about me not getting forty-five single paragraphs written in one day. Even if that day is a weekend. True, I didn’t get forty-five, but I would have if I had written these two Establishing Shots. What I ended up getting was forty-three. That’s still good. It’s just not as good as forty-five.

Will I get that many during the week? If it’s anything like this week, I have a very good chance of doing it. I won’t get another forty-five or something close to it because it’s a weekday, but I may be able to get about half that many. About twenty to twenty-five single paragraphs on a Thursday or Friday is very good writing. At least it is for me.

I don’t know what came over me this week. Every day at work I got almost twenty to forty-five single paragraphs written for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. That’s very good writing for me. How did I do that? I don’t know, but I hope that I can continue doing it when I go back to my scriptwriting on Thursday morning. Whatever the reason I hope that I can continue doing it.

Maybe it’s because I didn’t have any ailments this week like I thought that I would based on the last couple of weeks. I had a little bit of soreness and a pinch or two of pain, but it was nothing compared to the last couple of weeks. Also got a lot more sleep this week. Maybe that was the reason why I got so many single paragraphs written this week.

Personally, I think it was because I have written these Outlines so many times, it just comes out of my hands and onto my paper. Of course, it’s different this time because these Outlines are before I start writing my scripts. I may need to update my Story Outlines, but it shouldn’t be that hard to do. So far, I’m keeping up my Scene Outlines with my Story Outlines.

I may need to do some updating. Especially, for my two-part Movie Introduction, but it shouldn’t be that bad. If I do need to do that for this project or my second scriptwriting project, I will do it before I start writing the scripts. I don’t think it’s going to be that big of a problem, but it could be. You never know when it comes to me and my scriptwriting.
