Nameless is a collection of short stories that can be read in one or two days (approximately 70 pages) about a wondering vigilante who has no memories, either lost or erased, except for the last two years. He has been commissioned by Ace, an unknown person, to kill specific people who seem to be above the law. The series consists of 12 books.

Book 2 of Nameless, Photographing the Dead, is another riveting short story; A psychopathic artist/photographer is getting away with murder in Death Valley. One of Palmer Oxenwald’s hunting grounds is the Mojave wasteland, his victims are random tourists and hikers crossing his path while he waits in anticipation. He not only mutilates and kills his victims, but he keeps trophies, cherished photographs, of his savage deeds.

Now, Palmer's greatest threat is Nameless, who is hunting the hunter. The two men share one thing in common: memories of the dead. For Palmer, the psychopath, they’re an erotic rush captured in black and white. For Nameless, they’re visions of violence, now buried and erased, but for how long? In part two of the Nameless series, the relentless avenger is haunted by nightmares of the past and visions of what’s to come.
