Thoughts tumble over each other
Fighting for a place to make their mark
Grab hold, latch on without a buffer
Seep into contentment and make it stark.

Thoughts our reality make
Without consciousness can inflict
Pain and worry, anxiety - all fake
Breathe and let them pass - un-tricked.
