Rainy Days and Mondays
Strange how sleep and weather can alter the mood. Last night I felt full of enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoyed a few hours on here reading, reviewing and rating. Think hubby was disappointed too as his many trips past the screen gave him no opportunity to express any disapproval or ask many questions.

This morning however I feel like a damp squib. Woken too early for me by the postperson, raining and gloomy outside and the prospect of spending most of the day at the supermarket and solicitors. Plus a continuing, niggling health problem that I've been trying to ignore has now reached the point where I may be forced to see a doctor. I hate that; I'll avoid doctors at all costs if I can get away with it. I suffer from ostrich syndrome; I'd rather not know!

It's just so dark and depressing. I'm thinking of writing my own version of 'Oh to be in England, now that April's here.' But not today. I can tell it's a low energy day when it will take all my effort to just get through and function at a basic level. Maybe I need more vitamins or perhaps more sense! Now I realise I needed an early night last night. Hindsight always has twenty twenty vision.
