Early Thoughts

Just congratulating myself on catching up with mail and blogs when Dan pops up with a blog comment and now I'm racing an entry just so I get to sit by him today. GAWD - he gets up early. I bet someone manages to sneak in there between us too.

I had a more productive session on WDC last night and managed my daily activities list. Hope to achieve a little from the second list later today, in between jobs and visiting parents. I also managed to sign up for Mel's MSN chatroom and download the Google Earth Forever mentioned. Wow, that really is an amazing site. Managed to find quite a few places people have mentioned but my own street isn't on it for some reason. Can't understand that as it's a long road and quite a well known one in this area. Now I need to find out exactly where everyone lives so I can zoom in and take a close a look as I can. Was it really me who said I was spending less time on here? lol

I watched the X Factor last night too; I really love that programme and Mr Cowell too if I'm honest. Not sure how well known he is in other parts of the world though. While I was watching it, I found myself doing something I grump at hubby for doing all the time. You know, when you see a new face on T.V. and someone says 'Doesn't he look like...?' or 'Doesn't she remind you of...?' Hubby does it all the time and I accuse him of putting people in boxes. But I suppose everyone does look like someone else to some extent. Have you noticed there are certain 'types?' My friends tell me I look like an English actress called Amanda Redman and when my mum was younger everyone said she looked like the Queen. She did too! So, who do people say you resemble? I anticipate some wisecracks here.

Anyway, excuse the rambling. Didn't get the chance to plan an entry; just rushing to sit by Dan. Blame him for this burble. lol Okay Dan, I'm pressing that Save button NOW! Are you ready? This is the fastest I've moved for many a morning.

P.S. Just checked. He's not landed yet. I'm top of the blog list but no Dan as yet. Hope he hasn't wandered off into Stealthman mode and forgotten me.
