And then there is Gamma, a tropical storm off of Honduras that probably won't threaten anyone. It is forecast to go across southern Florida early next week.

The forecast for Thanksgiving Day is deteriorating here. Hope it improves. Henry's will be closed as will most places in town. Not happy about that.

Andiy Sullivan has been doing artwork on the bathroom walls of Henry's. Quite amusing. They could become an art 'destination'. I know they call it frescoes on plaster. What do they call it on flake board?

afternoon, 56 degrees. 27 and snowy in Buffalo, NY.

Over a foot of snow south of Buffalo. Clear blue and beautiful again here. We are fortunate to be getting lots of sun.

Went to the end of a forum on rebuilding New Orleans put on by faculty from Tulane. Instructive.

Edited poems today. Not exactly pleased but I need to remember: process, process!
