Go Ahead and Ask Me

Group Email, my life in a nutshell.

Rather than blogging about my life, I'll let ya read an email I sent to my Bible study group. Most of them are still in high school, and I never really get to see them.

Hello all!

I'm being a little lazy by sending a group email, but
you know how it is. :)

My life: I love my classes this semester! I have 3
classes with the word 'writing' or 'composition' in
the title... And my fourth class has several book
reports and several sorts of writing assignments. I've
done a lot of that this semester!

Now to the cool part: God has really been working in
my life. I've been growing like mad, learning new
things, and coming to new understandings. He's placed
so many strong Christians in my life which is good for
both companionship but these guys challenge me to grow
stronger in my walk with God.

Also, a group of us are trying to get a party started
on a weekend that will pull people away from the
alcohol scene and maybe get them to just hang out and
listen to cool music and be with cool people. We've
got tons of cool ideas. (chocolate milk pong, comfy
couches, loud music, cool lighting, fog machines,
coffee, that sort of thing) If you have any ideas on
what could make this party a rockin' party, that'd be
awesome. I'd love to hear your ideas. (especially
since you're the coolest group of girls I know!)

Our hope is to maybe lead some people to Christ and
reach out to the campus. (at the same time, we don't
want to hit college kids on the head with a Bible. ;))

I'd also love to hear from you guys just about your
life! (what'd ya eat for breakfast, what's on your
mind, how many freckles are on your left toe...) If
you have anything that I can pray for, send it my way.

Sorry this was so long, I just miss you girls so much!
I should be studying for a history exam in 36 minutes,
but oh well. :)
