Today's Topic.... Soap Opera

Haha. One of my favorite hobbies is Soap Opera watching. Back in the day I used to be such a Junkie. First I first started watching I did All My Children, One Life To Live, General Hospital. Then I found:

As The World Turns.

I started watching back in 1984 when I was still in high school. I remember Meg Ryan as "Betsy," Julianne Moore as "Frannie," William Fitchner was on the show as "Josh."

Some of my favorite storylines include the first meeting of Lily & Holden. Their intial romance was hot and Jon Hensley is fine...haha.

Jon Hensley is soooo fine as I cast him as "Mihai" in my werewolf series, "THE HEART'S TORMENT," and "TWILIGHT OVER MOLDAVIA."

These days I'm still watching ATWT but the big attraction is my favorite actor: ROGER HOWARTH. That man is drop dead drool bib worthy and he can act. I'm really into the Paul & Meg storyline.

Paul is down on his luck, having to pay the piper for lying to his sister, Jennifer. Currently he's in jail, accused of killing Dusty. But he didn't do it. Emily has Dusty locked up like a dog. Meg is his partner in crime. She nursed Paul back to health when Emily shot him. Sounds like a soap, doesn't it?

Slowly, Meg and Paul are falling for each other and Emily is being eaten with jealously. Here's a snap of Emily's hottie little fantasy:

Another actress I really enjoy is Jennifer Ferrin who plays "Jennifer" on the show. She's great. Pretty and talented, I have no doubt she'll be a break out star.

Well, that's just some of my thoughts today. Anyone have a favorite soap or a favorite soap character they'd like to share?
