Late August Day

Pale green algae floats,
Sluggishly covers the pond.
Hot day, happy fish!


September Comes

Strong, cold winds today
Algae is blown to the edge.
Clear water ripples.



Spotlight

Sun on the mountains
Shines from an unseen heaven.
Clouds hide it from view.
