Catching Up

Its been, according the latest reminder, five days, eleven hours and twenty minutes since my last blog update...so clearly, I'm not developing the wonderful discipline I was striving for. My day job has been busy, crushingly so actually. I am still writing, I have a little piece working in my blog and though I'm not clear where its going, I'm happy with it at least on the surface. I'm beginning to clean house, or port, and get items ready for submission outside writing.com and I've even managed to start something new here and there. A new crop of newsletters has arrived today, so I'll be working through those over the next several days when I can find the time.

In the meantime, today finds me plugging away at work and clock-watching. The sun is shining outside, and surprise, surprise, there is no snow falling! My mind and body seem to ache for Spring and the natural renewal of things. I'm looking for hope in every corner and trying not to loose my cool when it matters most.
